When it comes to muscle gain, intaking the correct amount of nutrients and choleric intake is very crucial to the recovery of your muscles, and getting the most out of your workouts. However, often, when trying to put on muscle, it is very challenging to intake the right amount of calories due to the sheer amount of food one needs to consume to meet the needs of their muscles. However, one way to chew at those calories is to start your day off with a smoothie, which allows you to consume more calories than eating. Here I introduce to you, the 1,000 calorie breakfast smoothie.


1.5 cups White or Chocolate Milk

1 cup Oats

1 cup Fruits

1 Banana

1 tbsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Peanut/ Almond Butter

1 scoop Whey Protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)

1 cup Ice
