BOLD PREDICTION: 2 UNDEFEATED TEAMS GO DOWN

  1. Kansas City Chiefs v. New England Patriots

The New England Patriots have the recipe to beat the returning Super Bowl champs: a good secondary and a solid run game. If the New England Patriots can stop the Kansas City Chiefs’ offense, and Cam Newton can sling a few hundred yards around and run the ball efficiently, expect the Pats to give the Chiefs their first loss of the season

  1. Chicago Bears v. Indianapolis Colts

The Chicago Bears have not had a tough test yet, in the Lions, Giants, and Falcons. The Indianapolis Colts could serve as the Bears’ toughest test yet. Especially with Nick Foles taking over the offense for the first time, a few hiccups could see the Colts placing a 1 in the Bears’ loss column.

Bounce Back of the Week: Arizona Cardinals

In week 3, Kyler Murray struggled with a secondary that is not extremely talented. He threw 3 interceptions, while only finding the end zone twice. While the Panthers’ secondary and passing defense is 4th in the league, expect Murray to put up some yards and put the Cardinals back in the win column.

Two Teams Get Their First Win

  1. Cincinnati Bengals v. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Cincinnati Bengals are getting closer and closer to their first win of the season. Last week saw a 23-23 tie between the Bengals and the Philadelphia Eagles. After coming off of a horrible 13-31 loss against the Miami Dolphins, the Jaguars may come out slow and the Bengals may jump out to quick start, and hold the Jags off for a lead. We need to see more out of Joe Mixon. Joe Burrow is doing enough, the Bengals need more out of the backfield against Jacksonville for their first win.

  1. Houston Texans v. Minnesota Vikings

In a battle of the 0-3 teams, one team will come out of this game with their first win of the season. The Texans are a mismatch for the Vikings. Their defensive front can stop the Vikings’ ground game, and the secondary cannot stop Deshaun Watson. However, The effects of missing DeAndre Hopkins are proving to effect Deshaun Watson’s game. However, he seems to be beginning to finding his targets more often and more proficiently. Expect Deshaun to put up big numbers against a lackluster Vikings secondary, in their first win of the season.
